Why does it say 'file does not exist' once clicking Add Metadata button?

This means that the platform wasn't able to create a Google spreadsheet to facilitate the addition of the asset's metadata. 
Please, refresh your Google permissions:

1. User Menu (top right of the screen)
2. Refresh Google Permissions
