Once you've exported your assets' metadata .car file, you'll have to upload it into nft.storage.
The process is the same as you've followed to upload your assets.
1. Upload .car file to nft.storage
2. Copy the Folder URL
3. Paste the folder URL
Then, paste the URL value inside the step 5 of the process and hit Save and Continue:
